الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك تطبيق فزتك فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. التطبيق تُشغّله cre8v.media («نحن»). إن كنت لا توافق عليها، لا تستخدم التطبيق.

1. ما هو فزتك

فزتك دفتر نتائج: يسجّل ما تُدخله أنت، ويحسب المجاميع، ويحفظ السجل والإحصائيات لمجموعتك. هو لا يوزّع ورقاً ولا يحكم بين اللاعبين ولا يفرض قواعد اللعبة — قواعد الطاولة تخصّ أهل الطاولة.

فزتك ليس تطبيق مقامرة، ولا يتعامل مع أموال حقيقية، ولا يدير رهانات ولا جوائز. ما يفعله المستخدمون خارج التطبيق مسؤوليتهم وحدهم.

2. حسابك

  • التسجيل إلزامي، والحساب لشخص واحد. لا تشارك بيانات دخولك.
  • يجب أن يكون بريدك صحيحاً وأن تكون مخوّلاً باستخدامه.
  • يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل.
  • أنت مسؤول عمّا يجري في حسابك.

3. المجموعات وما تكتبه فيها

  • أسماء اللاعبين دائمة بعد إنشاء المجموعة، ولا يمكن تغييرها ولا إضافة لاعب ولا حذفه. هذا شرط لصحّة السجل. إن تغيّرت الطاولة، أنشئ مجموعة جديدة.
  • ما تكتبه داخل مجموعة — الأسماء والنتائج — يراه أعضاء تلك المجموعة. لا تكتب ما لا تريدهم أن يروه.
  • أنت مسؤول عن الأسماء والعناوين التي تُدخلها عن غيرك، وعن أن يكون لديك ما يبرّر إدخالها.
  • مالك المجموعة يستطيع تعديل اسمها، وتعديل عناوين البريد، والموافقة على طلبات الانضمام، وتسليم الملكية، وحذف المجموعة. حذف المجموعة يمحو سجلها نهائياً للجميع.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز لك:

  • استخدام التطبيق لغرض مخالف للقانون، أو للمضايقة أو الإساءة لأحد.
  • محاولة الدخول إلى مجموعة أو لعبة لم يُشاركك أحد رمزها، أو تخمين الرموز.
  • محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو اختراقها أو تجاوز حدودها التقنية.
  • انتحال شخصية غيرك.

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف ذلك.

5. المجاني والمدفوع

الحساب المجاني يشمل اللعب والتسجيل والمتابعة المباشرة كاملةً، مع:

  • إنشاء مجموعة واحدة في الوقت نفسه (يمكنك حذفها وإنشاء غيرها)؛
  • حفظ آخر 5 ألعاب مكتملة لكل مجموعة — وحفظ لعبة سادسة يستبدل أقدمها بعد تنبيهك؛
  • لا حدّ على عدد المجموعات التي ينشئها غيرك وتكون أنت عضواً فيها.

الاشتراك المدفوع يضيف مجموعات غير محدودة وسجلاً كاملاً لكل الألعاب.

  • السعر: 2.99 دولار شهرياً أو 24.99 دولار سنوياً (أو ما يعادلهما بعملتك حسب متجر التطبيقات).
  • الاشتراك يتجدّد تلقائياً حتى تُلغيه قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الحالية.
  • الدفع يتم عبر حسابك لدى Apple أو Google، والإلغاء يتم من إعدادات حسابك هناك — لا نستطيع نحن إلغاءه نيابةً عنك.
  • الاسترداد يخضع لسياسة المتجر الذي اشتريت منه.
  • الاشتراك يشمل المجموعة كلها: اشتراك المالك يفتح المزايا لكل أعضاء مجموعته.
  • عند انتهاء الاشتراك لا يُحذف أي شيء. يبقى السجل كاملاً، وتُقفل المزايا المدفوعة فقط، ولا تُحفظ ألعاب جديدة فوق حدّ الحساب المجاني حتى تشترك مجدداً.

6. المحتوى والملكية

التطبيق واسمه وشعاره وتصميمه ملك لنا. البيانات التي تُدخلها تبقى لك، وتمنحنا الإذن باستضافتها وعرضها لأعضاء مجموعتك لتشغيل الخدمة — لا أكثر.

7. توفّر الخدمة

نبذل ما بوسعنا لإبقاء فزتك يعمل، لكننا لا نضمن أن يعمل دون انقطاع أو دون خطأ. التطبيق يُقدَّم «كما هو». احتفظ بنسختك من أي نتيجة تهمّك حقاً.

ضمن ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة، ولا يتجاوز مجموع مسؤوليتنا ما دفعته لنا خلال آخر اثني عشر شهراً.

8. إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (القائمة ← الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب). راجع سياسة الخصوصية لتعرف بالضبط ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى — اسم اللاعب ونتائجه يبقيان في المجموعة. ويجوز لنا إغلاق حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

9. تغييرات على الشروط

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط. سيتغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، وسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير جوهرياً. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد ذلك موافقة عليها.

10. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ولاية وايومنغ في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

By using Foztak you agree to these terms. The app is operated by cre8v.media ("we"). If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.

1. What Foztak is

Foztak is a score sheet: it records what you enter, does the arithmetic, and keeps your group's history and statistics. It does not deal cards, referee between players, or enforce the rules of a game — the rules of the table belong to the people at it.

Foztak is not a gambling app. It handles no real money, and runs no betting and no prizes. What users do away from the app is their own responsibility.

2. Your account

  • Registration is required, and an account belongs to one person. Do not share your credentials.
  • Your email address must be accurate and yours to use.
  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Groups, and what you put in them

  • Player names are permanent once a group is created. They cannot be changed, and players cannot be added or removed. This is what makes the history trustworthy. If the table changes, create a new group.
  • What you enter in a group — names and scores — is visible to the members of that group. Do not enter anything you do not want them to see.
  • You are responsible for names and email addresses you enter about other people, and for having a proper basis to enter them.
  • A group's owner can rename it, edit email addresses, approve requests to join, transfer ownership, and delete the group. Deleting a group erases its history permanently, for everyone.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the app unlawfully, or to harass or abuse anybody.
  • Try to enter a group or game whose code was not shared with you, or guess codes.
  • Try to disrupt or break into the service, or work around its technical limits.
  • Impersonate somebody else.

We may suspend or close any account that does.

5. Free and paid

A free account includes playing, scoring and watching live in full, with:

  • one group at a time (you may delete it and create another);
  • the last 5 completed games kept per group — saving a sixth replaces the oldest, after telling you so;
  • no limit at all on groups created by other people that you are a member of.

A paid subscription adds unlimited groups and the full history of every game.

  • Price: $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year (or the equivalent in your currency, as set by the app store).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment is taken by your Apple or Google account, and cancellation is done in your account settings there — we cannot cancel it for you.
  • Refunds are governed by the policy of the store you bought from.
  • A subscription covers the whole group: the owner's subscription unlocks the features for every member of their group.
  • When a subscription ends, nothing is deleted. The history stays in full, the paid features simply lock, and no new games are stored beyond the free limit until you subscribe again.

6. Content and ownership

The app, its name, its logo and its design are ours. The data you enter remains yours, and you give us permission to host it and show it to the members of your group in order to run the service — nothing more.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep Foztak working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. The app is provided "as is". Keep your own copy of any result that really matters to you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability will not exceed what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Menu → Profile → Delete account). See the privacy policy for exactly what is deleted and what remains — the player name and its scores stay in the group. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and we will tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
