كيف أحذف حسابي؟
من داخل التطبيق: القائمة ← الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب. لا تحتاج إلى مراسلتنا ولا إلى إذن من أحد.
ما الذي يُحذف بالضبط: بيانات دخولك وملفك الشخصي وارتباط بريدك. وما الذي يبقى: اسم اللاعب والنتائج المسجّلة باسمه داخل المجموعة — لأنها سجل مباريات لعبها آخرون معك، وحذفها يُفسد سجلهم. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
كيف ينضم أحدهم إلى مجموعتي؟
مالك المجموعة يفتح الأعضاء ويشارك رمز المجموعة (ستة أرقام). مَن يستلمه يُدخله، ويختار اسمه من القائمة، ثم يوافق المالك. إن كان مقعده يحمل نفس بريده المسجَّل في فزتك، يرتبط مباشرة بلا انتظار.
لماذا لا أستطيع تغيير اسم لاعب؟
لأن الأسماء دائمة بعد إنشاء المجموعة. لولا ذلك لأمكن إعادة كتابة سجل قديم. إن تغيّرت الطاولة فعلاً، أنشئ مجموعة جديدة. أما عناوين البريد فيمكن تعديلها في أي وقت من إعدادات المجموعة.
هل يعمل التطبيق بلا إنترنت؟
نعم. تُحفظ الجولات على جهازك فوراً وتُرفَع وحدها عند عودة الاتصال. أما المتابعة المباشرة لمَن يشاهد فتحتاج اتصالاً بطبيعة الحال.
كيف ألغي الاشتراك؟
من إعدادات حسابك في متجر التطبيقات: على iPhone عبر الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات، وعلى Android من Google Play ← الاشتراكات. لا نستطيع إلغاءه نيابةً عنك. الإلغاء لا يحذف شيئاً من سجلّك.
لماذا اختفت لعبة قديمة؟
الحساب المجاني يحتفظ بآخر 5 ألعاب مكتملة لكل مجموعة. حفظ لعبة سادسة يستبدل أقدمها، ويُنبّهك التطبيق قبل ذلك. الاشتراك المدفوع يحتفظ بها كلها.
وجدت خطأ في النتائج
المسجّل يستطيع فتح أي جولة محفوظة وتعديلها، وتُعاد المجاميع والإحصائيات حسابها تلقائياً — حتى لو كانت اللعبة قديمة. إن بدا لك أن رقماً غير صحيح، راسلنا من النموذج أعلاه وأرفق اسم المجموعة وتاريخ اللعبة.

Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Menu → Profile → Delete account. You do not need to contact us, and you do not need anyone's permission.
What is deleted: your login, your profile, and the link to your email address. What remains: the player name and the scores recorded under it inside the group — because they are the record of games other people played with you, and erasing them would break their history. Details in the privacy policy.
How does someone join my group?
The group's owner opens Members and shares the group code (six digits). Whoever receives it enters it, picks their name from the roster, and the owner approves. If their seat carries the same email address they registered with, they are linked straight away with no wait.
Why can't I change a player's name?
Because names are permanent once a group is created. Without that, an old record could be rewritten. If the table really has changed, create a new group. Email addresses, on the other hand, can be edited at any time in the group settings.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. Rounds are saved on your device immediately and sync by themselves when the connection returns. Watching live, naturally, needs a connection at the watcher's end.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In your app store account settings: on iPhone via Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android via Google Play → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you. Cancelling deletes nothing from your history.
Why did an old game disappear?
A free account keeps the last 5 completed games per group. Saving a sixth replaces the oldest, and the app tells you before it does. A paid subscription keeps them all.
I found a mistake in the scores
Whoever is keeping score can open any saved round and correct it; totals and statistics are recalculated automatically, even for a game recorded months ago. If a number still looks wrong, write to us using the form above, with the group name and the date of the game.
